Lauren Kohut teaches piano and theory in the Stayner/Wasaga Beach area. She completed the practical examination for her ARCT (Associate Diploma) in Piano Performance in 2022, and she is currently finishing the theory requirements for the ARCT level. Lauren has performed in concerts, churches, and festivals across central Ontario, including the Sweetwater Music Festival’s Next Wave Showcase in 2021, 2022, and 2023. She serves as a keyboardist and music leadership team member at her church. She has also served as interim accompanist for Collingwood’s Sound Investment Community Choir as needed since September 2022.

Lauren has been teaching music since January 2020. She works hard to adapt lessons to each student’s specific musical interests, personality, and learning style. She loves working with each of her students and has a passion for training and championing the next generation of young musicians. She is currently recruiting new students.
